How we look after your details

When you send an enquiry, we keep what you tell us: your name, email and phone number if you give one, your wedding date, where you are getting ready, who in your party is having hair and make-up, your notes and any inspiration photos. We use them only to reply to you, to quote, and to plan your day.

Your inspiration photos are kept privately: they are never shown on the website, and only we can open them once signed in. We make them smaller and remove the location a phone stores in a photo.

If your enquiry does not become a booking, we delete it twelve months after your wedding date. If you book with us, we keep your booking for as long as we need it for our records and the law, and no longer.

Your enquiry reaches us by email, and we send you a copy. Those emails pass through an email delivery service, which handles them only to deliver them.

This website sets no cookies for visitors. We count visits with a privacy-friendly counter that uses no cookies and records nothing that identifies you, so there is no cookie banner to click.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, at any time. Ask us through the enquiry form, or message us on Instagram. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
