Our booking terms
Your booking
Your date is held once we have your £40 deposit and you have agreed to these terms. The deposit comes off your final balance.
Your trial
We book your trial at a time that suits us both, usually two to three months before the wedding. It is paid on the day.
Your final numbers
Please confirm who is having what, and your ceremony time, four weeks before the wedding. We will send you the plan for the morning two weeks before.
The balance
The rest is due seven days before the wedding, by bank transfer.
Changes to your party
If someone joins, we will fit them in if the morning allows. If someone drops out after your final numbers, their place is still charged.
If you cancel
Your deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to go ahead. Please tell us as soon as you can, so we can offer your date to another bride.
If we cannot be there
If illness or an emergency stops one of us, we will find an experienced artist we trust to take our place. If nobody can, we refund everything you have paid.
Travel and early starts
There may be a travel charge depending on your venue, and a start before 7am costs extra. Both are in your quote.
Weekdays
We mostly work at weekends. Some weekdays are possible on request.
On the morning
We stay until you are in your dress and veil, unless you would rather we did not.
Allergies and skin
Tell us about any allergies or sensitive skin before your trial, and we will patch test ahead of the day.
The room
Please give us a table, two chairs and good daylight near a plug socket, with room for the two of us to work side by side.
Photos
We may share photos of your hair and make-up on our website and Instagram. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.
